Sales Support – Auction Operations

Ortigas, Pasig City | Night Shift | Onsite | Full Time

Help keep the sales and consignment process running smoothly by making sure customer, asset, listing, pricing, and contract records are accurate and on time. You’ll execute high-volume sales-support workflows across multiple systems, with most of the role focused on consignment processing and the balance on projects and overflow support.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

This is back-office sales operations rather than direct selling, so success comes from keeping the process behind each sale accurate and moving. A typical case can involve onboarding an asset, updating customer or inventory records, managing listings or relisting activity, checking pricing or contract information, communicating status updates, and closing the case within the required turnaround.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Consignment & Sales Support Operations

• Process and manage consignments across selling platforms and internal systems.
• Create, update, and maintain accurate customer, inventory, asset, and sales records.
• Support asset onboarding, listings, relisting activities, and package management.
• Coordinate updates for live and online asset activity using standardized communication templates.
• Ensure transactions, documentation, and workflows follow established operational procedures.

Workflow, Volume & Prioritization

• Manage high-volume, repeatable work that rises and falls with sales cycles and seller demand.
• Prioritize cases based on urgency, asset count, sales activity, and required turnaround.
• Maintain both speed and accuracy while progressing cases across multiple systems.

Project & Overflow Support

• Provide project support and overflow assistance outside the core consignment workflow.
• Coordinate with internal teams when additional information or action is required to complete a case.

A BIT ABOUT YOU

Must-Haves

• At least 2 years of relevant sales operations, order management, back-office processing, customer operations, or administrative support experience.
• Experience handling recurring multi-system work where both turnaround and accuracy are measured.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and confidence maintaining detailed operational records.
• Comfortable working fully onsite in Ortigas on a night shift.

Good-to-Haves

• Experience in sales support, sales administration, asset or inventory operations, order management, logistics, contract administration, or marketplace operations.
• Exposure to Salesforce or another CRM/workflow platform.
• Experience supporting high-volume or deadline-driven sales cycles.
