What You’ll Do

• Research priority exhibitions, exhibitor lists, target companies, and relevant decision-makers using reliable online sources, event materials, photographs, and floor plans.
• Prepare accurate prospect lists, record supporting sources, and flag incomplete or uncertain information for review.
• Create and maintain high-quality company and contact records in HubSpot, including checking duplicates, missing details, account ownership, associations, and exclusion rules.
• Use approved AI tools and documented workflows to support research, company categorisation, contact enrichment, and list preparation, while independently verifying all outputs.
• Maintain the show calendar, monitor competitor activity, organise supporting information in SharePoint, and keep research files and task trackers up to date.
• Support campaign preparation, monitor and route enquiries from the marketing inbox, and work alongside a team member to complete a structured handover of recurring responsibilities.

What You Bring

• Experience in online research, sales support, administration, or CRM data management.
• Practical experience maintaining company and contact records in HubSpot or a comparable CRM.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to assess the accuracy and reliability of information.
• Clear written communication, strong organisational skills, and dependable follow-through across multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, along with confidence learning new systems and AI-assisted research workflows.
• Experience with ChatGPT or similar tools, SharePoint, exhibitions, event prospecting, or process documentation would be an advantage.
