About the role

Step into the vibrant and dynamic world of visual design with our global team! As a Multimedia Designer - 3D, youll play a crucial role in supporting multimedia design projects across our global business. Youll create original artworks, assist the Lead Visual Designer, manage stakeholder expectations, and contribute innovative ideas to enhance our communications and marketing activities.

What you will be doing

Accountabilities

• Multimedia Design Creation: Develop original artwork and design assets for a variety of visual communications needs across the organization, including (but not limited to) video and animation materials.
• Collaboration: Support the Visual Design Centre team in executing design projects and initiatives.
• Idea Generation: Contribute creative ideas and solutions for design and marketing campaigns.
• Communications Support: Leverage design expertise to aid in the execution of marketing and communications strategies.
• Brand Custodian: Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all visual outputs.
• Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage relationships with partners and stakeholders, understanding their needs and incorporating their insights and feedback into design work.
• Team Contribution: Foster a high-performance team environment through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Continuous Improvement: Advocate for and implement improvements in design processes and practices

What you will bring

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  
  
• Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in visual design, preferably with a background in creatives, marketing, and communications.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design, including examples of original artwork and successful design projects (highlight on multimedia design e.g., video editing, 2D/3D animation).
  
  
• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
•  Strong technical expertise in Autodesk Maya and Chaos V-Ray, including 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and high‑quality rendering.

• Design Expertise: Strong grasp of design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, video editing, and 2D/3D animation.
• Content comprehension: Translating complex technical details into simplified, clear, accurate communication materials.

• Consistency: Experience in maintaining brand consistency and adhering to brand guidelines.
