This role is responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with FMCGs to achieve best-in-class quick commerce partnership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the FMCG and ECommerce industry, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven track record of driving results through strategic collaborations.

• Provide strategic direction in the development and implementation of Grab strategies that align with the FMCG partners' objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key FMCG partners, ensuring continuous alignment and collaboration.
• Develop and execute partnership strategies that align with the company's objectives and growth plans.
• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Work closely with cross functional teams to integrate full funnel solutions and enhance end to end service delivery.
• Establish clear objectives and key results for strategic partnerships. Track and report on the progress of KPIs, making adjustments as necessary to achieve targets.
• Coach and mentor team of account leads and account managers.

The role requires from the successful candidate the ability to think strategically and execute excellently, and strong interpersonal skills to maximize value in partnership negotiations & implementation; essentially, a seasoned sales leader with ambition and drive, capable of building collaborative partnerships to support a variety of high-priority Grab and FMCG initiatives.

• Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Preferably at least 10-15 years of sales and/or account management experience in the FMCG and ECommerce industry.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and strong internal and external selling and negotiation skills.
• Showcases passion and leadership. Team player and self motivated.
• Strong organizational & analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multifunctional environment.
