Requisition Number: 106408 Licensing Operations Specialist Location: The role will be a hybrid position located in Pasig, Philippines. About the role Insight is looking for a Licensing Operations Specialist to join our growing team. This position works closely with their Software Advisors and Software Licensing Consultants supporting them by handling the day-to-day tasks which may include: requesting current contract documents and uploading them to the SharePoint site, quote requests and creation, requesting Microsoft Licensing Statements, handling the pro-active on boarding of new Microsoft Enrollments and Enrollment renewals & submitting POSS tickets. This position would need to have a granular understanding of specific Microsoft licensing programs and the nuisances within them. Additional training will be provided.
