A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

As a Finance Operations Manager, you will lead and oversee the full-cycle operations of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, ensuring efficient performance, compliance, and continuous improvement across both functions. You will play a key leadership role in guiding team leaders, strengthening operational processes, and delivering high-quality financial services that support business growth.
This position offers the opportunity to influence strategic initiatives, optimize workflows, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. You will be a hands-on leader who drives accountability, improves performance metrics, and fosters a culture of excellence, engagement, and continuous learning within the finance operations team.

YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, mentor, and develop AR and AP team leaders to drive high performance and engagement
•  Manage workload distribution, staffing plans, and team structures to ensure operational efficiency
•  Oversee escalations from internal stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring timely and effective resolution
•  Analyze business performance through reporting and identify opportunities for improvement
•  Drive process improvements, compliance initiatives, and operational best practices
•  Collaborate with stakeholders to address operational challenges and enhance service delivery
•  Ensure accuracy and compliance of operational documentation, systems, and audit requirements
•  Participate in performance reviews and client engagements to support business objectives
•  Promote team development through training, coaching, and succession planning initiatives
•  Monitor KPIs, scorecards, and team performance to consistently meet or exceed expectations

A BIT ABOUT YOU

• You have at least 3 years of experience in finance operations or a related leadership role
•  You bring strong knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
•  You have proven leadership and people management experience in a dynamic environment
•  You excel in stakeholder management and client-facing communication
•  You possess strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and performance tracking
•  You have a track record in driving process improvement and ensuring compliance
•  You are knowledgeable in finance systems, tools, and ERP platforms
•  You demonstrate strong coaching and mentoring capabilities
•  You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
