eCommerce Marketing Coordinator – Paid Media 

Location: This is Hybrid opportunity of once a week onsite. Our office location is at 10th and 11th Floor Robinsons Cyber Omega, Pearl Drive, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines 1605

As an eCommerce Marketing Coordinator – Paid Media & SEO Operations at Insight, you’ll focus on the day-to-day execution, optimization, and reporting of Insight-led and partner-funded digital marketing campaigns. You will drive qualified traffic, improve rankings for purchase-intent keywords, and increase conversions through technical SEO, content optimization, UX collaboration, and data-driven testing.

As an eCommerce Marketing Coordinator, you will get to be responsible for:

• Paid Media Operations: Support setup, QA, and maintenance of paid media campaigns across LinkedIn (Sponsored Content, Lead Gen) and Google Ads (Search & Shopping).
• Campaign Execution: Coordinate with agency partners to set up campaigns, implement tracking (UTMs, conversion tags), and monitor budget pacing and delivery.
• SEO Optimization: Optimize transactional pages (shop homepage, category pages, product pages) for organic search and conduct keyword research for long-tail product searches and competitor opportunities.
• Technical SEO: Identify and resolve technical SEO issues (crawl/indexation, duplicate content, site speed/Core Web Vitals) and improve metadata, internal linking, and structured data/schema.
• UX Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI and development teams to improve the search experience, category navigation, and conversion flow.
• Reporting & Insights: Pull and aggregate data from dashboards (Google Studio, Adobe, PowerBI) to highlight key trends, track rankings/ROAS, and recommend clear next steps for optimization.
• Process & Collaboration: Follow established SOPs for campaign setup and partner with internal stakeholders (Digital Commerce marketing, agency partners, analytics) to ensure alignment on goals and KPIs.

We are looking for an eCommerce Marketing Coordinator with:

• 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with exposure to paid media and/or SEO.
• Hands-on experience with at least one of the following: Paid Media/Marketing Agencies, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or Google Ads (Search or Shopping).
• Proven experience improving rankings for transactional keywords with a strong understanding of Technical SEO, On-page SEO, internal linking, and schema markup.
• Experience optimizing Shopify stores, product/collection pages, and large site architectures.
• Familiarity with Google Search Console, Adobe Analytics, and conversion-focused SEO and UX principles.
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills and comfort working with performance data (impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, conversions, revenue, ROAS).
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting partner-funded or co-marketing campaigns (MDF), familiarity with B2B tech/IT solutions, basic HTML/CSS knowledge, and relevant certifications (Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing Labs, SEO training).
