Job Summary

Responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting client solutions to improve business processes and service management. Works closely with clients to develop custom applications, automate workflows, integrate third-party systems, and provide user training.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and customize client solutions for IT service management, customer service, and project portfolio management.
• Design and develop applications, workflows, service portals, and service catalogs.
• Configure system environments, user roles, and access controls.
• Integrate client solutions with external platforms such as Salesforce and NetSuite.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor business performance and KPIs.
• Lead system migrations from legacy platforms to modern client solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure optimal system performance.
• Create technical documentation and deliver training to end users and support teams.
• Collaborate with clients and project teams to gather requirements and deliver effective business solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience implementing enterprise client solutions or business applications.
• Knowledge of IT service management and business process automation.
• Relevant enterprise platform certifications are an advantage.
