Acumatica Consultant

Work Arrangement / Work Shift: Remote

Role Overview:
The Acumatica Consultant will be responsible for leading the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Acumatica ERP solutions to meet business requirements. This role works closely with internal teams and clients to analyze business processes, translate user needs into functional technical requirements, and ensure smooth system deployments. The candidate will ensure data integrity, system efficiency, and long-term user adoption across modules.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation lifecycle of Acumatica ERP for clients, including discovery, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

• Analyze client business processes and requirements to configure Acumatica financial, distribution, and operational modules.

• Create custom reports, dashboards, and Generic Inquiries (GIs) to support reporting and analytics requirements.

• Develop custom workflows, business logic, and custom fields using the Acumatica framework.

• Facilitate data migration, system integrations, and third-party software integrations with Acumatica.

• Provide user training, go-live support, post-implementation assistance, and ongoing system optimization.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an Acumatica Consultant or Implementation Specialist.

• In-depth functional and technical knowledge of core Acumatica modules (Financials, Distribution, CRM, Project Accounting).

• Strong hands-on experience with Acumatica Customization Tools, Generic Inquiries, and Report Designer.

• Solid understanding of relational databases, SQL queries, and data migration strategies.

What Will Set You Apart:

• Official Acumatica Technical or Business Consultant Certifications.

• Hands-on coding experience using C# and .NET for Acumatica framework customizations.

• Experience with third-party software integrations using Acumatica Web Services APIs (REST/SOAP).
