Accounts Payable Officer Remote Dayshift

ZigZag is looking for Accounts Payable Officer to join our AU client team!

Reporting to the Group Finance Manager, the Accounts Payable Officer is responsible for all activities
associated with Accounts Payable for all three service delivery divisions / entities of the business.

Key Responsibilities
• Reviewing and processing all bills for three businesses
• Reviewing and processing purchase orders within AroFlo for three businesses
• Ensuring the accuracy of bills and payments processed and duties are completed in a timely and
efficient manner.
• Scheduling bills for payments
• Managing accounts@tdmg.com.au inbox
• Reconciling payments
• Maintaining accurate records within systems
• Supporting the finance team with ad hoc tasks and projects.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.

Core Competencies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Effective organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and data bases
• Good observation skills and attention to detail
• Commitment to ongoing learning and continuous improvement
• No formal qualifications are necessary for this role – the right attitude and a willingness to work are
essential.
