Job Responsibilities
What is expected from you?
The Claims Consultant is at the core of clients claims experience and is responsible for providing premium customer service and claims management to members. The goal of the Claims Consultant is providing end to end management of a claim after lodgement, answer claims enquiries and support customers throughout their claims process.
They are required to support our client with acquiring, engaging and retaining our clients customer base, by acting as a brand ambassador and creating close relationships, exploring the best options for customers and working fast and efficiently to ensure a smooth and seamless claims process.
- Completing tasks on claims and liasing with Suppliers to organise repairs
- Approving payments to suppliers and customers
- Drafting claims correspondence
- Updating claims with accurate information received from Suppliers
- Reviews and tracking of claim progression
- Engage with customers and suppliers via Webchat to assist with claims inquiries and updates
Qualifications
- Experience: Atleast 6 months of customer service| preferably with email and chat support experience
- A Great Character - respectful, open, honest, transparent and authentic, with integrity
- A Strong Communicator - personable as well as articulate, both oral and written
- Driven - no task is too big
- Technically Savvy - can navigate multiple systems at once
- Organised - you are always two steps ahead Engaging - people love interacting with you
