Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintain governance policies (privacy, access, ethics, metadata, lineage)
• Conduct risk and impact assessments for new data/AI use cases
• Support access approval workflows and exception management
• Ensure metadata completeness, taxonomy alignment, and catalog hygiene
• Review AI/ML solutions for Responsible AI compliance
• Partner with Legal, Cyber, and Compliance functions
  
  

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems , Data Management, Computer Science, Law, Risk Management, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
• Formal training in Data Privacy, Information Security, Risk Management, or AI Ethics is preferred. Relevant certifications in Data Protection, Privacy, Governance, or Compliance frameworks are an advantage.
• Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in Data Governance, Data Privacy, Compliance, Risk, or Information Security roles.
• Experience maintaining and operationalizing governance policies related to data privacy, access control, metadata standards, lineage, and AI ethics.
• Experience conducting risk and impact assessments for new data initiatives, analytics use cases, or AI/ML deployments.
• Experience supporting access approval workflows, policy exception handling, and compliance validation processes.
• Experience managing metadata completeness, taxonomy alignment, and catalog hygiene within enterprise data catalog tools.
• Experience reviewing AI/ML solutions for Responsible AI (RAI) compliance, including documentation and model governance validation.
• Must have a valid work visa or legal authorization to work in the Philippines.

Note: This position is for an Individual Contributor and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
