Your Role

As a Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and ensuring the timely collection of outstanding payments while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Receivable Collections: Follow up with assigned customers, send periodic account statements, and contact clients with overdue balances.
• Handle Escalations & Credits: Escalate issues as needed, process RMAs/credits, and address customer concerns promptly.
• Maintain Accurate Records: Keep customer data updated and maintain detailed logs of all collection activities.
• Monitor & Report Performance: Review Accounts Receivable aging reports and provide updates on collection status.
• Support Legal & Insurance Processes: Identify accounts that may require insurance claims or formal collection actions.
  
  

What You Need (Non-negotiables)

• US Collections Experience: Proven experience handling US-based collections accounts
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written English skills
• Work Setup: Willing to work onsite
  
  

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year course preferred)
• Experience with SAP B1 or other ERP systems
• Basic accounting knowledge
