Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Tier 1 IT ERP Monitoring and Technical Support
Monitor an ERP report schedular for issues
Resolve issues by taking documented actions
Escalate critical issues via email, chat, phone
Monitor and resolve ERP tickets submitted by end users
Provide basic troubleshooting steps (we will provide FAQs / training).
Chat with IT team over Zoom and Microsoft Teams

Qualifications:

Fluent English
Customer Service Skills
1 year+ experienced as ERP Technical Support Analyst. ERP and or Database monitoring.
Jira, Confluence
Backend ERP monitoring, config, administration
Preferred: INFOR Cloud Suite Distribution (CSD)
