Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver end-to-end technical, digital, and innovation projects across Cebu Pacific’s Engineering, Maintenance, and Fleet Management (EFM) ecosystem, supporting the airline’s Digital TechOps and AI transformation roadmap.
  • Drive paperless, predictive, and data-driven maintenance initiatives, including system modernization, process digitization, and automation to improve aircraft reliability, safety, and operational efficiency.
  • Champion continuous improvement, Lean, and innovation programs, translating operational pain points into scalable digital and process solutions.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Technical Services, IT, Operations, Supply Chain, and external technology providers to deliver integrated, future-ready maintenance solutions.
  • Develop project scopes, business cases, cost-benefit analyses, risk assessments, and implementation roadmaps for digital systems, analytics, and AI-enabled initiatives.
  • Support and lead the implementation, optimization, and governance of core TechOps platforms such as AMOS, Flydocs, and other Engineering & Maintenance digital tools.
  • Contribute to initiatives involving predictive aircraft maintenance, reliability analytics, and AI-assisted decision support, enabling smarter planning and faster insights.
  • Produce clear, data-driven dashboards, reports, and executive presentations to support management decision-making and performance tracking.
  • Ensure all projects comply with aviation regulatory requirements, safety standards, and Cebu Pacific’s operational excellence framework.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Aeronautical Engineering (licensure preferred) or any Engineering-related course; candidates with a mixed Aviation and IT background are strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of six (6) years of relevant aviation experience, with strong exposure to Technical Project Management, Technical Services, Engineering Programs, or Continuous Improvement initiatives.
  • Proven experience in implementing and optimizing digital systems within an Engineering & Maintenance or aviation operations environment.
  • Knowledge of AMOS and Flydocs is preferred.
  • Exposure to predictive aircraft maintenance, data analytics, Artificial Intelligence, or digital innovation programs is an advantage.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Yellow Belt / Green Belt or higher) is an advantage.
  • Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • IT-savvy, with working knowledge of Power BI, dashboards, and data visualization tools considered an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and systems-thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into operational and financial value.
  • Excellent communicator—confident, articulate, and effective in translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence outcomes across cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Resilient, agile, and proactive, with the mindset to thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven airline environment.
  • Must hold a valid work visa or legal authorization to work in the Philippines.
