Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment guidance.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer management.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and hiring standards.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in corporate or high-volume hiring.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, interview methods, and candidate assessment.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Indeed).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and recruitment best practices is an advantage.
