Looking for a hands-on career in aviation? Be part of the operations that keep flights moving safely and on time! 1Aviation is hiring Station Loaders in Clark, Pampanga to support our expanding airport ground handling operations.

As a Station Loader , you’ll be responsible for loading, unloading, securing, and organizing baggage, cargo, and mail for airline flights. You’ll also assist in preparing and maintaining cargo equipment and ensure all items are handled safely, accurately, and on schedule — contributing to excellent On-Time Performance (OTP) and passenger satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and secure baggage, cargo, and mail in accordance with airline standards.
• Prepare, inspect, and clean containers and equipment (ULDs, dollies, etc.).
• Support Equipment Operators and Ramp personnel during aircraft turnaround.
• Handle special cargo such as live animals (AVI), dangerous goods (DG), heavy or fragile items with care and accuracy.
• Ensure all cargo and baggage are accounted for and properly documented.
• Report any irregularities, damage, or discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Maintain a high standard of safety, security, and professionalism at all times.
• Attend pre-flight briefings and comply with company policies on PPE use, uniform, and conduct .
• Deliver excellent service to airline representatives and passengers.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor.
  
  

Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School graduate
• With good physical fitness and professional appearance
• No derogatory employment record from previous company
• Preferably with a Driver’s License (Restriction 1, 2, 3)
• Willing to work in Clark International Airport
• Must be a team player, detail-oriented, and committed to safety and efficiency
