As the EE Engagement & Internal Comms Specialist, you will help shape a positive employee experience by driving engagement initiatives and delivering clear, compelling internal communications. This role plays a vital part in strengthening employee alignment with the company’s mission, vision, and values—while supporting a culture of connection, recognition, and collaboration.

What You Will Do

• Ensure that 1Aviation’s Vision, Mission, and Values are achieved.
• Promote and ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, Security, and Customer Service standards based on regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Implement employee engagement programs and internal communication strategies aligned with organizational goals and values.
• Develop and execute internal communication plans, including key messages, channels, and target audiences to encourage employee participation.
• Prepare, draft, and administer communication and multimedia materials for HR and other departments, including recruitment marketing and employer branding.
• Publish internal and external communication materials on 1Aviation’s official platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Implement employee feedback mechanisms, surveys, and suggestion programs to capture insights and improve engagement initiatives.
• Develop engagement and communication materials that educate employees on best practices, feedback channels, and organizational initiatives.
• Support communication efforts related to organizational changes, initiatives, and transitions to ensure transparency and engagement.
• Design and promote employee recognition and appreciation initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR teams on employee engagement and retention strategies.
• Provide communication support to leaders to help deliver key messages effectively.
• Assist in crisis communication planning and execution to keep employees informed during critical situations.
• Perform other related functions as may be assigned by the Manager, EE Engagement & Internal Comms.
  
  

An ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications:

Educational Background & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in employee engagement and internal communications
• Proven experience developing and executing internal communication strategies and campaigns

• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities
• Proficient in multimedia and design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Canva
• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and highly organized
