We are seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to drive standardization, efficiency, and security across our engineering projects. You will be responsible for creating reusable CI/CD templates, establishing "Golden Paths" for delivery, and governing the usage of our DevOps toolchain.

You will work within an Agile environment, ensuring that our tooling, processes, and security practices support enterprise-level agility.

Primary Responsibilities:

CI/CD Standardization & Automation

• Design and maintain reusable CI/CD pipeline templates and shared libraries.
• Automate build, test, and release processes to reduce manual effort and errors.
  
  

Governance, Security & DevSecOps

• Implement DevSecOps practices with shift-left security (SAST/DAST).
• Govern and standardize usage of Jira, Confluence, Artifactory, SonarQube, and CI/CD tools.
• Define and enforce quality and security gates (SonarQube, Checkmarx).
• Continuously audit and improve DevOps and SDLC workflows.
  
  

Developer Enablement & Strategy

• Train and mentor developers on Git strategies, DevOps culture, and AI use in SDLC.
• Act as a senior consultant for complex pipeline and tooling issues.
• Generate reports on DevOps adoption, security maturity, and efficiency.
  
  

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field Computer Science, Computer Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles.
• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, including automated build and deployment workflows.
• Integrate security scanning (SAST/DAST) and quality gates into CI/CD pipelines.
• Install, configure, and administer DevOps tooling such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, SonarQube, Artifactory, Jira, and Confluence.
• Administer and support Kubernetes (K8s) environments.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Strong DevSecOps experience with automated security integration.
• Deep CI/CD expertise with reusable pipeline architecture.
• Experience with Agile framework.
• Hands-on administration of Jira, Confluence, Artifactory, SonarQube, Checkmarx, and CI/CD platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and scripting skills (Bash, Python, Groovy).
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of AWS and Kubernetes to guide architecture decisions.
• Experience with SAFe framework
  
  

Note: This position is based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement which allows remote work and onsite as needed.
