Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation by coordinating with IT, finance, and operations to align with accounting standards, manage data migration, and ensure accurate reporting.
• Optimize processes with automation to streamline general ledger, accounts, and cost accounting functions using SAP S/4HANA.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure finance requirements are met, lead team training, and support change management.
• Maintain compliance and controls by aligning with audit standards, reviewing system security, and ensuring data accuracy.
• Provide ongoing support and improvements through troubleshooting, system enhancements, and post-go-live audits.
  
  

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• CPA certification is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a large organization.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S4 HANA implementation or other ERP systems is required.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and internal controls.
• Experience in finance system automation and process improvement projects is highly desirable.
• Must have a valid work visa or legal authorization to work in the Philippines.

Note: This position will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
