You are to assist the Project Manager in ensuring task and reportorial are met and completed on time.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in planning and coordinating projects, ensuring tasks are completed on
schedule.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, taking notes, and
preparing project documents.
- Track project progress and update project management monitoring report with
current information.
- Communicate with team members to ensure tasks are on track and completed on
time.
- Assist in preparing project reports and presentations.
- Conduct market research to support project development and telemarketing.
- Assist in setting a meeting schedule with clients and conduct.
- Maintain and update project files and ensure all necessary documentation is
accurate and up-to-date.
- Address project issues or concerns and escalate them to the Project Manager when
necessary.
- Support the project team in any other way necessary to ensure project success.
- Key Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (e.g., MS Teams, MS Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Transport and
Logistics and a related field is often preferred.
- Additional Responsibilities
- Participate in project meetings and provide input as required.
- Assist with risk management and issue resolution.
- Contribute to the development of project plans and schedules.
- Provide secretariat and administrative services, such as coordinating meetings and
preparing papers.
- Undertake basic research and analysis to support informed decision-making
- Assist in Admin reports such as creation of RR, initial PNL and final PNL with actual
cost, Preparation of presentation to Clients and project presentation reports and
other related reportorial assistance needed by the PM.
You’ll thrive in this role if youEducational Background
- Any 4-year Course with knowledge in Computer and MS Office Applications such as
Excel, PowerPoint, Word and MS Outlook and Teams.
- Communicates well in English both verbally and in writing.
- With Basic Knowledge in Supply Chain management or Logistics services.
Professional Experience
- One (1) to Three years (3) years exposure in a corporate working environment (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
