Job Description

The Sales Engineer is responsible for promoting, selling, and providing technical expertise on industrial equipment and construction machinery. This role combines strong technical knowledge with excellent sales skills to deliver the most suitable solutions for client requirements while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed company targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industrial and construction sectors.
  • Conduct product presentations and equipment demonstrations for potential clients.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend suitable equipment and technical solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical specifications.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements.
  • Coordinate with technical and after-sales teams for delivery, installation, and service support.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
  • Proven sales experience in industrial or construction equipment (FIRE PRO, VALVES) is preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge of machinery, tools, and industrial systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to simplify and present complex technical information.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Willing to travel to client sites and project locations.

WORKING SCHEDULE

MONDAY TO SATURDAY 8AM TO 5PM
