The client is a leading multinational shared service based in Pasay. They offer mid shift and night shift opportunities.
Job Description
- Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
- Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
- Analyze financial results and investigate variances.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
- Support statutory, internal, and external audit activities.
- Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with global business partners and support continuous improvement projects.
- Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on RTR processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
- CPA qualification is advantageous but not required.
- At least 4+ years of RTR, General Ledger, or Financial Reporting experience, preferably in a Shared Services or BPO environment.
- Prior experience in a Big 4 audit firm is desired.
- Strong knowledge of month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Experience with SAP S4 Hana is highly advantageous.
- Good understanding of IFRS or US GAAP.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Amenable to working on a hybrid setup based in Pasay. Open to mid shift or night shift schedule.
