Play a critical role in ensuring smooth airport operations by managing real-time staffing, attendance, and task allocation across ground handling teams. As a Resource Allocator, you’ll be at the center of operational coordination — balancing manpower, flight schedules, and service levels to keep everything running efficiently and on time.

What You Will Do

• Ensure that 1Aviation’s Mission, Vision, and Values are achieved.
• Promote and ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, Security, and Customer Service standards based on regulatory requirements, government laws, industry standards, and company policies.
• Manage real-time changes in Task Allocation for all employees in ATW (Above the Wing) and BTW (Below the Wing) operations.
• Handle real-time attendance updates, including tardiness, absenteeism, and Sick Line management.
• Communicate effectively with Operations teams to implement ad hoc staffing or schedule adjustments based on flight movements and operational demands.
• Monitor flight data, passenger load, and manpower availability to determine optimal staffing levels and resource deployment.
• Report and address any significant schedule deviations promptly to maintain service standards.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal scheduling policies in all real-time adjustments.
• Perform other related duties as determined by business or leadership requirements.
  
  

An ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications:

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  
  

Experience And Skills

• 1–2 years of combined experience in Resource Allocation, Real-Time Monitoring, or Aviation Ground Handling operations preferred.
• Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data validation).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick, data-driven decisions.
• High attention to detail with excellent follow-through and organizational skills.
• Effective communicator — both verbal and written — with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
• Flexible, adaptable, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
