Your Role:
Recruiter
The primary function of a Field Recruiter is to ensure that staffing levels are maintained for assigned locations throughout the service region; assist managers to fill existing and future job openings through sourcing efforts, networking, and contacts within the larger healthcare community.
- Partners with hiring managers to understand the specific hiring needs, business, products, services, culture.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment and selection process for positions at various locations and multiple departments; recruitment strategy meetings, qualify candidates, facilitate decision-making, and placement of successful candidates.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruiting and selection process gaining in-depth knowledge of the job specifications, qualifications, experience, skills and competencies to be successful in a position.
- Utilize various advanced sourcing channels and search techniques including but not limited to; social media, LinkedIn, internet search engines and databases, job boards, etc.
- Develops and maintains accurate records including candidate reports and metrics on talent acquisition initiatives.
- Build and maintain talent pools of pre-screened candidates for various positions and geographic areas to reduce sourcing times on future searches.
- Promotes the company culture, values, and mission by presenting a positive image to those we serve, including patients, families, physicians, vendors and community agencies in word, action and appearance.
- Provide effective communication candidates, hiring managers and senior-level management.
- Works with great urgency to achieve results and meet recruiting goals.

What You Need
Non-negotiables
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in field recruitment
- Associates Degree in business administration, human resources, or related subjects. (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel or similar software required.
Preferred skills:
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
