Primary Responsibilities:

• Primarily responsible in implementing and supervising control of the continuous quality audit, surveillance and analysis of the various technical services operations of CEB departments and maintenance provider in compliance with the CEB quality standards and Authority (i.e. CAAP, EASA, FAA, DGAC) requirements.
• Conduct aircraft mechanical/system and accident/incident investigation.
• Responsible for ensuring that CEB aircraft fleet is complying with the latest and most current provisions of airworthiness authority requirements and correspondences.
  
  

• A relevant engineering degree or Aviation Maintenance Technician (AMT/AMS) License with airframe and power plant ratings acceptable to the Authority.
• Any training/certification in any of the following is an advantage:
• Internal Quality Audit
• IOSA Airline Auditor Course
• Quality Management System
• Documentation
• Safety Management System
• Philippine Civil Aviation Regulations Awareness
• Aviation Security Awareness
