Job Description
- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, methodologies, and best practices.
- Oversee the creation and execution of test plans and test cases across various projects.
- Lead and manage a team of QA professionals to ensure optimal performance and collaboration.
- Drive test automation initiatives using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, and Postman.
- Monitor and manage defect tracking and resolution processes effectively.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and maintain QA governance and standards.
- Ensure thorough performance testing and API testing to maintain software quality.
- Support Agile and Scrum practices, integrating QA processes into CI/CD pipelines.
A Successful QA Manager Should Have
- Strong expertise in quality assurance, test automation, and quality engineering.
- Proficiency in tools such as Selenium, Cypress, and Postman for testing purposes.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, as well as CI/CD practices.
- Experience in performance testing, API testing, and defect management.
- Leadership skills to manage a team and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with SDLC processes and test strategy development.
- Excellent skills in test planning and execution.
- Competitive annual salary ranging from PHP 1690000 to PHP 1950000.
- Permanent position based in Pasay City, Metro Manila.
