Key Responsibilities

The Project Finance Data Reviewer is responsible for supporting the Finance team in managing the financial data integrity, system post data migration activities, and alignment across global finance teams. They will ensure the specified goals and objectives for the projects and data are achieved accurately and within the designated timeframe.

The Following Are Key Duties Required

• Fixed 5-month contract role, 8.0 hours daily, 5 days a week. Flexible working arrangements with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
• Work collaboratively with the finance teams across Australia and Manila to ensure consistent processes, aligned data analytics, and accurate project financial outcomes.
• Maintain and administer project financial data in Microsoft Dynamics as the primary system.
• Re-enter manually created invoices into Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
• Support post data migration activities, including:
• Extracting and analysing data from legacy ERP system BST
• Entering and validating data from Microsoft Dynamics
• Performing data matching and reconciliation
  



Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in either Project Finance Administration or Accounts Payable.
• Prefer strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics as the primary finance system.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple tasks.
• High attention to detail and experience working with large data sets of information.
