Pricing Specialist - Industrial Projects Logistics

Overall Purpose

• Support all Tender and Pricing initiatives and deliverables.
• Win more business by pushing for competitive rates.
  
  
  

• Assisting to monitor all IP O&E inquiries especially for project shipment
• Maintain and submit rate for IP O&E Global Contract Rate
• Assisting to support Operation Coordinator Team of preparing selling rates for RFQ, Spot Quote inquiry and other related IP O&E customer
• Maintaining good relationship with carriers and co-loaders on local level or from overseas especially for Project shipment and O&E customer as such negotiating ad hoc rate
• Maintaining good relationship with IP local agent as such negotiating ad hoc rate
• Maintaining good relationship with customer both new IP customer and existing IP customer
• Monitoring process for project shipment start from providing rate to up project done/cargo delivered is going smoothly
• Participate in joint calls or meeting with BD Manager & Head of IP to promote IP capabilities to customers as well as gather feedback on customer requirements
• Comply with Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety, and Business Continuity Management Systems procedures and regulations, and participate in their programs.
  
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Forwarding business especially Industrial Projects.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, presentations)
• Proficient computer skills: Microsoft (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & Outlook)
