Your Role:
Proactively source and build lead lists, or engage with existing lists of inbound leads or other key targets using our established templates and playbooks
Successfully convey client’s key value propositions and educate prospects on our various solutions.
Protect client’s brand position as an expert in our space with key prospects and operate in a manner that’s consistent with our brand standards
Qualify each successful engagement in line with our framework and route them accordingly as quickly as possible-either by guiding them the self-service flow, setting appointments with our inside sales reps or disqualifying for future engagement.
Be prepared to discuss your daily activities and report on overall progress towards assigned Sales targets and trends.
Based on key learnings, collaborate and improve on templates and outreach strategies overtime to improve velocity and successful conversions.
Create trust and credibility with internal and external stakeholders.
Staff will also receive monthly lead generation targets and their performance will be measured against attainment of those targets
What You Need:
Non-negotiables
To provide administration support to a busy payroll team operating in a fast-paced environment.
Provide first line support to colleagues queries raised through our ticketing system and telephone.
Assigning incoming tickets to the relevant payroll team member
General admin support to include but not exhausted to
Other Tasks & Duties:
Support in new starter set-up including employee self-service user accounts
Apply 3rd party deductions upon receipt of court order
Update home addresses as requested
Update bank account details as requested.
Update emails and contact numbers as requested
Update National Insurance details as requested
Support when required with pay rate changes
Assist with the collating & processing of leavers
Assist with employee holiday balance queries
Dealing with incoming HMRC/State correspondence & assigning to relevant payroll team member
Dealing with employee requests for copies of payslips, P45 & P60 queries
What You Need:
Understanding of UK right to work legislation is desirable, although not essential, as full training given.
A keen eye for detail.
Thrives in a fast paced and results driven working environment
A can-do attitude and relishes stretch opportunities.
Works well in a team and independently.
Great communicator.
High level of confidence.
Good IT skills – intermediate Excel/Word or similar
