Job Description
The Operations Officer provides day-to-day operational support in managing tenants, food services, and catering within the Mall of Asia Arena.
Key Responsibilities
FOOD SERVICES & CATERING OPERATIONS
•Support the Team/Unit Manager in overseeing daily food service activities within the Arena.
•Assist in coordinating catering arrangements for VIP suites, hospitality areas, and special events.
•Conduct basic inspections on cleanliness, food safety, and service standards, escalating issues when needed.
