As a Project Finance Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating and administering project-related financial activities, including payment processing, reimbursement and liquidation management, revolving fund administration, vendor coordination, budget monitoring, and financial reporting. You will ensure the timely, accurate, and compliant execution of financial transactions to support operational and project objectives.
What You’ll Do
- Financial Disbursement Management
- Process and coordinate Manager's Check (MC) requests and other approved payment transactions.
- Ensure timely payment of vendors, suppliers, shipping lines, and service providers.
- Verify completeness and accuracy of supporting documents prior to payment processing.
- Coordinate with the Finance and Accounting teams to ensure proper disbursement of funds.
- Reimbursement and Liquidation Administration
- Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling and tracking project activities.
- Ensure all project documentation is properly prepared, organized and maintained.
- Administrative and Operational Support
- Track project progress and prepare regular status reports for management.
- Highlight risks, delays, and issues, and recommend corrective actions.
- Quality and Process Improvement
- Monitor adherence to project processes and quality standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
- Data Management and Systems Support
- Maintain accurate project data in systems or databases.
- Generate insights and reports to support decision-making.
You’ll thrive in this role if you
Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Public Administration, Human Resources, or any related field.
Professional Experience
You have 2–5 years of experience in project logistics, freight forwarding, or complex shipment coordination. Your experience coordinating multi-modal shipments, heavy-lift or oversized cargo, and cross-border logistics is preferred. And you have familiarity with project documentation, customs clearance, permits, and regulatory compliance
