What You Will Do

• Ensure that 1Aviation’s Vision, Mission, and Values are achieved.
• Communicate with inbound flight crews via VHF for updates on unusual requests or aircraft status.
• Coordinate and follow up for needed support such as PBB operators, medical or quarantine assistance, marshallers, and equipment.
• Provide printed flight documents as backup during system downtimes.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of flight information in the airline operations system.
• Coordinate with local airport authorities on aircraft parking and gate assignments.
• Update teams regarding changes in bay or aircraft stand assignments.
• Notify airport authorities of flight disruptions, aircraft swaps, or technical issues.
• Prepare and update flight schematics for handover to airport support units.
• Manage shuttle allocations using airline-provided tracking systems.
• Allocate buses based on aircraft type and passenger load, coordinating with drivers and ramp teams.
• Escalate unresolved concerns or hazards to the OCC Duty Supervisor.
• Perform other functions as may be assigned by the Duty Supervisor – OCC.
  
  

• Must be a graduate of any Bachelor’s degree
• Computer literate
• Above average communication skills
  
  

• Knowledge of airport handling procedures and aviation safety
• Service-oriented and highly organized
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Diligent, dependable, and goal-oriented
• Able to work under pressure and adapt to shifting operational needs
• Familiarity with airport operations or ramp procedures is an advantage
