Help ensure operational excellence by driving compliance across stations. As a Standards and Compliance Specialist , you will play a critical role in upholding aviation standards and company procedures through regular audits, investigations, and monitoring activities.

What You Will Do

• Ensure that 1Aviation’s Vision, Mission, and Values are achieved.
• Promote and uphold Quality, Safety, Security, and Customer Service standards based on aviation regulations and company policies.
• Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc compliance checks across airport operations to identify non-conformities.
• Assist in audit preparations and in addressing findings such as CAPAs, NCRs, and other regulatory notices.
• Review and validate corrective and preventive actions submitted by departments.
• Prepare audit and compliance reports for review by the Compliance Officer and Network Standards & Compliance Manager.
• Participate in investigations involving quality, safety, or security incidents.
• Collaborate with line personnel to encourage active participation in compliance processes.
• Track closure of findings, support manual updates, and contribute to operational process enhancements.
• Assist in drafting advisories, reports, meeting minutes, and documentation as needed.
• Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the Manager, Network Standards and Compliance.
  
  

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• Good command of the English language
