The primary duty of the Business Development Manager for Air Logistics is to drive the growth within the geographical scope, interface to FU Sales, xBU sales engagement, lead/support product development, lead/support pricing and all solutions under Air Logistics.
How you create impact
Strategic Business Development
Fully responsible for country volume & yield growth/retention.
Customer development, FU Sales & xBU Sales engagement
Understanding key local market dynamics and react as needed
Analyze competition and market data to ensure KN understand the key gaps and working with National Air Logistics Manager to bridge them and deliver superior solution/service in the geographical coverage area.
Speak in local industry forums / exhibitions and write press articles
Product Development
Responsible or support all product rollout within country as per global team direction.
Pricing responsible or support ensure country team follow global direction, meeting set KPI and rollout the process.
Responsible for local sustainability topics and support global rollout plans.
Operation & Customer Experience
Support Customer Care location setup and ensure we follow global process.
Responsible to monitor country Customer Feedback tool and its feedback with CCL Manager.
Support escalation and ensure continue to work with CCL / OCC & RCC responsible to improve the overall performance & customer experiences.
What we would like you to bring
Background in Freight Forwarding, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
5–10 years of experience in Air Logistics with strong leadership exposure
Proven skills in communication, negotiation, product knowledge, and influencing stakeholders
Motivated, results‑driven professional who thrives on process improvement
Fluent in English and proficient in the local language
Willing to travel internationally as required
