Primary Responsibilities:
Enterprise Strategy & Transformation Leadership
Lead the development of corporate strategy, multi-year transformation roadmaps, and enterprise priorities aligned with financial, operational, and customer objectives.
Translate strategic intent into clearly defined transformation initiatives with owners, milestones, KPIs, and value targets.
Drive integration across growth, efficiency, digital, and operating model initiatives to ensure coherence and enterprise impact.
Partner with Finance to assess value creation, funding requirements, risk exposure, and benefits realization of major initiatives.
Transformation Execution & Governance
Lead or co-lead priority org-wide transformation programs, working closely with department heads and functional leaders.
Establish transformation governance, cadence, and reporting to track progress, risks, interdependencies, and benefits realization.
Identify execution risks early and drive resolution through structured problem-solving and stakeholder alignment.
Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders by framing complex problems, structuring options, and influencing outcomes.
Prepare and present high-impact materials for excom, mancom, and board-level discussions, including strategy decks, business cases, and transformation updates.
Align cross-functional leaders on priorities, trade-offs, and accountabilities to ensure disciplined execution.
Insights, Performance & Capability Building
Monitor external trends (market, competitive, regulatory, macroeconomic, and technology) and assess implications on enterprise strategy and transformation agenda.
Define and maintain org-level dashboards, KPIs, and performance reviews for strategic and transformation initiatives.
Contribute to building internal strategy and transformation capability through tools, playbooks, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
Must have 5–10 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, transformation, or corporate development roles
Proven track record of leading org-wide initiatives and complex, cross-functional programs
Strong exposure to value tracking, and executive-level engagement
Experience in aviation, transportation, consumer, or asset-intensive industries is an advantage
Strong background in advanced financial modeling, scenario planning, and value tracking
Experience in strategy formulation and transformation roadmap design
Must have a valid work visa or legal authorization to work in the Philippines
