- Build and maintain data models that provide clear, trusted datasets for analytics and reporting.
- Develop analytics datasets that help teams access consistent business information.
- Improve data structures to support accurate reporting and analysis across the business.
- Define practical standards for analytics engineering work and reusable data assets.
- Review data outputs to help maintain consistency and usability for end users.
- Work with Analytics colleagues to understand reporting needs and translate them into data solutions.
- Document data models and key definitions so users can understand available information.
- Identify opportunities to simplify analytics workflows and improve the use of business data.
A Successful Lead Analytics Engineer Should Have
- Experience building and maintaining data models for analytics and reporting.
- Strong capability in designing datasets that are clear, reliable and easy to use.
- Knowledge of analytics engineering practices and data transformation approaches.
- Ability to translate reporting needs into practical data solutions.
- Experience improving data structures and maintaining consistent data definitions.
- Confidence reviewing analytics outputs and resolving data quality issues.

- Salary ranges from PHP 2,340,000 to PHP 2,600,000.
