We are looking for a proactive and solution-oriented IT Support Specialist to join the Operations Team and support the SaaS retail clients across the Philippines.

What You’ll Do

• Provide after-sales service and technical support for SaaS retail clients
• Handle software installation, system setup, and troubleshooting
• Resolve network failures, hardware issues, and IT-related concerns
• Deliver client training and ensure smooth system adoption
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve incidents
• Create and update SOPs to strengthen internal knowledge management
• Develop manuals, guides, and documentation to support IT operations
• Provide support during standard hours and be available for on-call duties when required

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
  
  
  

• Salary Range: PHP 35,000 – PHP 45,000 gross per month
• Transportation Allowance: PHP 2,500
• Meal Allowance: PHP 2,500
• 13th Month Pay (as mandated by law)
  
  
  

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience in IT support, SaaS systems, or retail tech environments preferred
• Client-facing experience is a plus
