Job Description
Technology Operations Manager
- Lead procurement and contract negotiations with technology suppliers.
- Oversee the operation of key technology applications (ride-hailing platforms, call centers, etc.).
- Provide IT support for on-site systems, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Manage technology equipment, including physical devices, software licenses, and accounts.
- Ensure effective technology asset management and support infrastructure growth.
- Requirements
- Extensive experience in technology operations, including procurement and IT support.
- Strong understanding of technology systems in fast-paced environments (ride-hailing, call centers, etc.).
- Proven track record in contract management and supplier relationships.
