Job Responsibilities

What will your normal day look like:

As an IT Helpdesk Technician, you will be the first point of contact for internal users requiring technical assistance. You will provide timely and effective support for IT-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

• Provide first-line IT support via phone, email, or in person
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Guide users through problem resolution and escalate when needed
• Log, track, and follow up on incidents to ensure resolution
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops and laptops
• Support network connectivity (local and remote)
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
• Recommend improvements to IT processes and support services
  
  

Qualifications

What youll do:

Essential

• Minimum of 1 year experience in an IT Helpdesk or technical support role
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and basic networking
• Experience with help desk tools and remote support applications
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills and customer-focused mindset
• Able to stay calm, patient, and professional when handling issues
