We are in search of a We are in search of Integrated Retail Media Strategy Senior Manager to be part of our growing team.

About The Role

The Senior Manager will be accountable for driving Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Digital Commerce (e.g., TikTok Shop), and Retail Media initiatives. This role involves developing an end-to-end media plan that integrates digital platforms with select above-the-line channels. In addition, the role will also take the lead in Content, Social Media, and Affiliate Marketing programs, ensuring the use of the right technologies to maximize performance.

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong expertise in integrated campaign development and digital media planning
• Extensive experience in e-commerce, with exposure to Retail and/or FMCG industries preferred
• Deep understanding of digital KPIs, analytics, and performance measurement
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and handle multiple platforms simultaneously
• Excellent skills in communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement
