Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and job offers)
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and orientation
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases (e.g., 201 files)
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures
  • Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and concerns
  • Support payroll coordination by ensuring accuracy of employee data and attendance
  • Assist in employee engagement activities, training, and company events
  • Prepare HR reports, trackers, and documentation as needed
  • Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative support (fresh graduates may be considered)
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and labor laws
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR systems/tools
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
