Job Description
Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide accurate timekeeping in construction to save project cost and minimize disputes with employees.
- Record information on workers hours perfectly; avoidance of making incorrect entries.
- Collect and enter numerous sets of data, including workers’ names, ages, pay rates into a computer system.
- Conduct regular site inspection to ensure all laborers are at their workstations.
- Implement and explain new employee orientation programs.
- Ensures to adhere to labor laws.
- Maintains the meeting schedules in the project.
- BS Psychology or related field
- Inventory control
- Good understanding of typical construction contracts
- Computer literate, MS Applications
- knowledge in Timekeeping/Payroll processing
- Will work in construction site.
