As an HR Administrator, you will support key HR functions, HR workflows, and the employee lifecycle. You will: 2. HR Administration & Systems3. Recruitment & Onboarding Support4. General DutiesWhat You Need:Preferred Skills / Expertise --
HR Workflows & Contract Management
Manage HR workflows including employment changes, exits, and cost centre updates.
Process and review Change of Status requests, ensuring proper approvals.
Draft employment contracts aligned with company guidelines and industrial instruments.
Challenge incomplete or inaccurate requests and escalate where needed for compliance.
Ensure all workflows and documentation are completed in a timely manner.
Maintain the HRIS and ensure high data accuracy.
Keep employee files and records up to date throughout the employment lifecycle.
Draft HR documents such as employment letters, statements of service, and other ad hoc requests.
Conduct phone screening for potential candidates.
Schedule and coordinate one-on-one or group interviews.
Perform reference checks and fit-to-work assessments per company policy.
Send unsuccessful notifications to candidates when required.
Assist in preparing employment contracts and validating onboarding documents.
Conduct compliance checks on new hires and ensure all requirements are complete.
Facilitate onboarding sessions for new starters.
Maintain knowledge of relevant legislation to support compliant HR operations.
Ensure all work aligns with company values, workplace policies, and integrity standards.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend enhancements.
Undertake any additional tasks required by your Manager.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
Clear and articulate verbal and written English communication skills.
Experience in HR facets and administrative/analytical tasks.
Call Center or contact center experience is highly regarded.
Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
High-level interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry capabilities.
Intermediate proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work professionally with sensitive information.
A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
