Job Description
- Manage end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) activities
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations
- Analyse financial results and investigate variances
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- Support statutory, internal, and external audit requirements
- Drive process improvement and automation initiatives
- Partner with global stakeholders across finance and operations
- Maintain balance sheet integrity and resolve ageing items
- Act as SME for complex accounting and reporting issues
A Successful GL Supervisor Should Have
- At least 6 years of experience in GL or R2R
- Shared Services or multinational company experience preferred
- Strong understanding of IFRS and accounting principles
- Experience handling month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven experience driving process improvements
