What you’ll do

Financial Analysis & Reporting

• Coordinate with various teams to perform complex financial analysis and prepare summary reports.
• Prepare reports related to operating results, annual budgets, and monthly forecasts for senior management.
• Create supporting documents and schedules for all financial reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Work with different departments to prepare recurring financial reporting packages.
  
  

Compliance & Regulatory Reporting

• Monitor compliance with all reporting requirements.
• File quarterly forms in accordance with current regulations.
• Document new rules and changes in regulatory requirements.
  
  

Process Documentation & Standardization

• Create and maintain documentation for financial report generation.
• Develop and implement internal financial controls to support the integration of closing processes and financial activities.
  
  

Process Improvement & Project Support

• Contribute to project implementation activities.
• Support process efficiency initiatives.
• Assist in new business activities or expansions.
  
  

You’ll Thrive In This Role If You…

Educational Background

Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy ; CPA, MBA, or CMA credentials are preferred but not required

Professional Experience

• Possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in finance, reporting, or FP&A.
• Are highly skilled in analyzing financial data and identifying trends or issues.
• Are resilient and able to work effectively under pressure.
• Have strong business partnering abilities, including stakeholder management and/or account management experience .
