Primary Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for finance systems-related inquiries and support
Lead the assessment, planning, and implementation of S/4HANA migration, including process redesign and integration of connected systems
Provide expert advice on system functionalities and digital transformation initiatives
Serve as a liaison between Finance and Technology teams to accurately translate business needs into system solutions
Define, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and system integrations
Conduct audit checks to ensure system compliance, data accuracy, and integrity
Lead process flow documentation and mapping to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvements
Support process improvements and automation opportunities within finance systems
Assist in training and preparing documentation for finance system users to facilitate smooth adoption
Qualifications:
Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering and IT
2-4 years of experience in Finance quality assurance or audit checks.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
Strong understanding of financial principles and budgeting
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledgeable in S/4HANA is a plus
