Job Description
- Manage and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
- Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and internal financial policies.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee cash flow management and optimize financial resources.
- Partner with senior leadership to provide actionable financial insights and support decision-making.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve operational and performance goals.
- Monitor financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate audits and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including banks and regulators.
- CPA qualification with 8 to 15 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
- Proven track record in a senior finance leadership role, ideally within a service-oriented or operationally complex industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial systems.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to lead teams effectively.
