Field execution: Deliver targets by area, day, and week; manage Area Leaders, Driver Captains, and Micro-Recruiters.
Recruiter/Captain activation: Recruit, provide rapid training, assign targets, monitor productivity, and replace underperformers as needed.
E-taxi driver recruitment: Generate leads from taxi, Grab, inDrive, JoyRide, fleet drivers, and the local community; track the daily funnel from lead to active.
First-week support: Ensure new drivers have a captain/buddy to support them on the app, operating area, driving hours, charging, payout, and first trip.
EV sale/lease support: Identify leads with rental/purchase potential, organize EV orientation/test drives, and pass on qualified leads to Sales/Finance.
Community communication: Cascade policies, incentives, and campaigns down to captains/recruiters/drivers; manage groups/communities; handle rumors and negative feedback.
Field quality control: Conduct random calls/checks on leads, prevent duplicate/fake leads, and audit captains/recruiters for false reporting.
Operational reporting: Report daily/weekly to T4 on volume, conversion, field issues, payout concerns, and recommended adjustments.
