Job Description
- Lead investment management delivery operations across a business unit supporting a large portfolio of clients.
- Oversee a large workforce primarily working on a remote setup.
- Build strong relationships with clients and act as a senior point of contact.
- Drive delivery excellence, accountability, and performance against operational metrics.
- Identify and implement technology-enabled solutions that improve operational outcomes.
- Develop business cases and address complex customer challenges.
- Strengthen leadership capability and decision-making across the management team.
- Assess operational performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Improve value-add service delivery and operational maturity across the function.
- Manage financial performance, including understanding profitability, billings, and P&L drivers.
- Proven expertise in investment vehicles and fund management operations, specifically middle office or back office.
- Must have extensive experience in a multinational investment management company.
- Proven client-facing leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of technology and its application to operational performance.
- Experience leading large-scale financial services operations.
- Demonstrated ability to hold leaders accountable and drive performance.
- Experience developing business cases and delivering solutions to customer challenges.
- Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Amenable to working on a night shift and hybrid work setup.
